OPEC Plus, Postponement of Additional Crude Oil Production at Ministerial Meeting
OPEC Plus, which consists of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-member oil-producing countries such as Russia, held a ministerial-level meeting on the 4th to reduce production by 40 per month.
